A terraced house converted into a 6 bed, 7 bath HMO, achieving EPC A. Acquired in November 2024 and let by April 2025.

Cecil StreetCompleted 2025

Cecil Street

Adamsdown, Cardiff

Another 6 bed, 7 bath conversion, acquired at auction, securing planning and converting into another EPC A property. Let from August and September 2025.

A block of four flats in Roath. We've split the title, refurbished Flats 3 and 4, and secured planning to convert Flat 1 into a five bedroom HMO.
