North Road
A former Cardiff University office building, acquired from the university with planning already secured and converted into a 9 bed HMO. Residents moved in from September 2026.
The building on North Road was offices for Cardiff University. We put the scheme together and secured planning permission to convert it into a nine bedroom shared house, then acquired it from the university in June 2026.
A full conversion over the summer in a very tight timeframe of 12 weeks. This involved a new layout, new en-suite shower rooms, a large open plan kitchen and living space, new heating, solar panels with battery storage, and a seating area outside. Every room was furnished to the highest standard for our next tenants.
All rooms were let off plan before the building was completed.
