Quarterly update · Q3 2026

October 2026

A busy quarter across the portfolio.

  • North Road is finished. The former Cardiff University building in Cathays is now a nine bedroom shared house, and residents moved in from 1 September 2026.
  • We've developed over 40 units in the last four years, and we currently have over 35 in the pipeline, scheduled for acquisition, refurbishment or development.
  • There are multiple remortgages ongoing, as well as two confidential acquisitions, which we'll share more detail on in the future.
