The house

We acquired the house on Cecil Street at auction in autumn 2024. Like Theodora Street, it was a terraced house that needed a full renovation.

What we did

The same approach as Theodora: six double bedrooms with en-suites and a separate WC, an open plan kitchen diner with a breakfast bar, and a garden with seating and hanging chairs. Solar panels and a battery went on as part of the works.

The result

All rooms were let off plan prior to completion.
