Why Reprise exists.
Reprise Property started in 2022, with a view to grow the business into a buy and retain development company.
We're a founder-led business based in Cardiff. After years of living in the city, as well as living in substandard housing, which unfortunately is the reality of the market in Cardiff, there was an opportunity to improve housing stock for the benefit of the future residents of the city.
This has started off with these projects, with more projects to come, but it's very much our ambition over the coming years to develop even more stock, and to contribute to the exciting and perpetual growth of Cardiff as a city.
We've developed over 40 units in the last four years, and we currently have over 35 in the pipeline, scheduled for acquisition, refurbishment or development.

We work with the same Cardiff professionals month after month: letting agents, builders and trades, architects and planning consultants, solicitors, our broker and lenders, and the council. Most of them we've worked with on more than one project.
